Property Management Assistant - Growth & Tenant Support

Benefits: Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off Assistant Property Manager We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager who is eager to learn and grow with a company that has over 100 years of experience in Property Management and Development. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, family-oriented environment and delivering exceptional service to our tenants. Key Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic accounting knowledge Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent command of the English language Commitment to tenant satisfaction Real Estate license or industry knowledge (preferred) Responsibilities Conduct building, leasing, and quality control inspections Assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs, signage, insurance documentation, and vendor coordination Maintain consistent communication with tenants and internal staff Support accounting team with reporting for wholly owned and third-party properties Assist with project management, including scoping, bidding, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion Perform bookkeeping tasks and work within systems such as Building Engines, Yardi, and Jenark Assist with website updates, marketing materials, and brochures Why Join Us?
