Position Overview
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our Human Resources team and helping ensure a positive employee experience across the organization. Youll gain exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations while building valuable professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with recruiting logistics
- Maintain organized and confidential employee records and documentation
- Support onboarding activities to create a smooth new hire experience
- Respond to employee questions and direct requests appropriately
- Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with company trainings, employee events, and HR initiatives
- Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment
Qualifications
- No prior HR experience required we train motivated candidates
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- High school diploma required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous administrative, office, customer service, retail, or internship experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
