As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their dynamic team in Columbus, OH. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the future of aviation by identifying and hiring top-tier talent across multiple business areas. You’ll partner with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, and HR Business Partners to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from opening requisitions to onboarding new team members. If you're passionate about delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this opportunity is for you. salary: $38 - $41 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities As a Corporate Recruiter, Job duties include: Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience across all talent acquisition touchpoints while enhancing the employer brand. Screen applications and resumes and conduct phone screenings for high-volume roles. Collaborate with TA Coordinators to schedule interviews and communicate logistics with candidates and hiring managers. Extend offers and manage the offer acceptance process using the recruiting system. Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); ensure timely closure of job requisitions. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and build robust talent pipelines. Qualifications: 3+ years offull-cycle recruiting in a corporate nationwide environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High sense of urgency and effective time management. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflict resolution professionally.
