Opportunity to support a growing manufacturing organization during a period of expansion Hands‑on recruiting role with full‑cycle ownership of hiring initiatives Collaborative work environment partnering closely with HR and business leaders Opportunity to recruit across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and other professional functions What You’ll Do Manage full‑cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer acceptance Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and meet hiring goals Recruit talent across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, sales, marketing, and other business functions Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders while providing an exceptional recruiting experience Analyze recruiting metrics, prioritize multiple openings, and recommend process improvements Contribute ideas that enhance recruiting processes, collaboration, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university Minimum of 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience at the regional or national level, preferably within both agency and corporate environments High‑volume recruiting experience preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and business leaders Ability to analyze recruiting data, present findings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Self‑motivated professional with a proactive, customer‑focused, and solutions‑oriented approach #J-18808-Ljbffr Dawson
