This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) is available immediately and runs through June 11, 2027, serving students in grades K-6. You’ll work with a diverse caseload at a well-organized charter school, supporting approximately 13 students per day. The caseload includes both speech-only and speech as a secondary disability students, with a portion comprising nonverbal and higher-needs individuals, including those with ASD.

Key Qualifications:

• Current CCC-SLP certification required
• Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
• All Pennsylvania Clearances must be up to date
• Experience with EdPlan IEP system preferred
• Strong communication and engagement skills are essential
• Previous virtual experience highly prioritized
• Ability to work with nonverbal and higher-needs populations
• Passed tech screen and clinical exception (if necessary) prior to onboarding

Daily Role Highlights:

• Deliver compassionate, consistent speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students with varied needs
• Collaborate with a paraprofessional who helps facilitate therapy sessions
• Focus on therapy and student engagement, with no Medicaid billing responsibilities
• Complete quarterly progress monitoring without needing to pull students early for progress writing
• Seamlessly utilize the EdPlan IEP system
