JOB SCOPE:
Responsible for repairing and maintaining all HVAC equipment (e.g. heating, air conditioning and refrigeration) in a safe and efficient manner to ensure a comfortable and seamless guest experience. Also participate in non-HVAC repairs and maintenance as needed.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Tear down, remove, repair and/or replace AC units.
Clean fan coils and replace filters.
Be familiar with BCU computer unit and adjust computer settings as needed.
Repair and/or defrost and maintain room refrigerators.
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain kitchen refrigerator/freezer units including walk-ins, reach-ins and in-line equipment.
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain ice makers in good working condition.
Maintain required records on HVAC equipment.
Interact with HVAC vendors to ensure required parts and/or materials are available.
Plumbing Duties As Required:
Adjust and repair toilets, sinks, tubs, leaks, etc.
