Swoon is actively hiring a EPIC Recruiter to join the team!
What your day-to-day will look like
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Epic and other healthcare technology roles, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Build targeted sourcing strategies to find qualified Epic talent through referrals, networking, job boards, and social channels.
- Screen candidates for relevant Epic experience, technical qualifications, and fit for each role.
- Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify requirements, set priorities, and move searches forward.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
What’s Required / Technical Skills
- Epic recruiting experience: A track record of filling Epic healthcare technology roles and understanding the skills those positions require.
- 4+ years of experience recruiting for people that use Epic
- Experience with EPIC modules
- Epic talent market knowledge: Familiarity with candidate availability, common Epic specialties, and the competitive hiring landscape.
- Full-cycle recruiting: Ability to manage searches from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Targeted sourcing and assessment: Skill in finding hard-to-reach candidates and evaluating their experience against role requirements.
- Stakeholder and candidate communication: Ability to build relationships, manage hiring priorities, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process
