Line Cook – Brazen Brewing | Lancaster, NY

What the job is:

PM shifts, evenings and weekends required. 30–40 hours. You'll be working a live line in a high-volume service — prepping, cooking, and owning your station. We follow recipes and standards, but we're not a chain. There's room to grow here if you want it.

What we're looking for:

• At least a year of line experience preferred — but if you're newer and hungry to learn, we'll talk
• Someone who shows up on time, communicates, and doesn't leave their teammates hanging
• You don't have to love craft beer, but it helps to care about what's going out and the guest experience

What you get:

• $21–$23/hr based on experience with more room if skills and responsibilities grow
