We are seeking an agent who is interested in building a specialty in probate real estate and growing within a niche that offers year-round opportunity while earning rewarding commissions through impactful transactions.
In this role, you will learn how to guide families, attorneys, and key decision-makers through the probate process from initial consultation to closing. By working alongside an experienced broker, you will gain hands-on experience navigating sensitive conversations with professionalism, staying organized throughout each stage of the transaction, and building confidence as you develop expertise in this area of real estate.
As you grow, you will strengthen your skills in managing listings, coordinating communication among all parties, and establishing a reliable foundation within a niche that values trust, patience, and professionalism. This opportunity provides structured mentorship, practical training, and a clear path toward building long-term consistency and success.
This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, patient, and motivated to develop a lasting specialty within real estate while working in a supportive environment focused on growth, guidance, and continuous improvement.
