Purchasing Coordinator / Sales & Customer Support Growing food distribution company based in Hopkins, MN is seeking a full-time Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vendors, managing inventory, supporting customers, and helping drive product growth in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. The position offers a variety of responsibilities across purchasing, sales support, and customer service. Monitor stock levels and ensure proper replenishment. Track costs and maintain accurate product and pricing data. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth product flow. Provide sales support to customers and retail partners. Assist with customer inquiries, product information, pricing, and order‑related questions. Work with manufacturers and sales representatives to support promotions and new item launches. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers. Requirements Experience in purchasing, inventory management, customer service, sales support, or food distribution preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
