Job Description: We are growing rapidly and need aggressive, self-motivated Storm Restoration Sales
Representatives to run leads, inspect roofs, and close deals.
If you have a background in outside sales or canvassing and want a role where your hustle
directly impacts your success, we want to talk to you.
The Role:
● Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing and networking.
● Meet directly with homeowners to assess their roofing needs.
● Perform physical roof inspections to identify damage or wear.
● Present proposals, overcome objections, and close the sale.
● Provide top-tier customer service from signing to installation.
What You Need:
● Proven experience in sales, D2D canvassing, or home improvement.
● A true closer mentality with the drive to hunt for new business.
● Must be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
● Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
