This facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population in Massachusetts. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and on-site infrastructure to support quality and efficient care delivery. Clinicians are expected to integrate primary care management into the structured framework of the FQHC environment.

Massachusetts offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of attractions and experiences suited to varied interests. The state features historic sites, coastal beaches, whale watching excursions to marine sanctuaries, guided nature walks, and cultural landmarks distributed across its regions. Dining, entertainment, outdoor gathering spaces, and family-oriented activities reflecting the region's history and coastal character are also available during time away from assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients (ages 18 and older) at an on-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday through Friday on a schedule of either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, with an expected caseload of 16-22 patients per day. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Required certifications include a Massachusetts license, DEA, BLS, and Medicare enrollment; board certification is negotiable, and prescriptive authority is required.
