Family Medicine Physician | Make a Lasting Impact

We’re seeking a dedicated and mission-driven provider to join a highly collaborative clinical team delivering comprehensive, continuous primary care to patients of all ages.

???? About the Opportunity:

As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll provide direct, high-quality care to a diverse patient panel, working alongside a team of Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health professionals, and support staff in a collaborative model that prioritizes both access and outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
• Conduct physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and manage chronic and acute conditions
• Refer patients to specialty care as needed
• Supervise and collaborate with clinical support teams
• Participate in on-call coverage
• Promote health education, prevention, and wellness
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and infection control
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Massachusetts
• DEA, DEA-X, and MA Controlled Substance License
• ACLS or CPR/AED certified
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Massachusetts
• DEA, DEA-X, and MA Controlled Substance License
• ACLS or CPR/AED certified
