Customer Service Representative

Golden Artist Colors is seeking a:

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Department: Customer Service

Supervisor: Customer Service Supervisor

Location: New Berlin

Responsibilities:

Ensure customers receive the best sales service possible through effective processing of orders, and communications and planning with other functional departments. Serve as the customers advocate in accordance with company values, constructs, and policies. Develop and maintain relationships with all customers as part of the corporate goal of customer intimacy.

Requirements:

Education Required: AAS or AS Degree in Business Administration or Business Office Management

Experience Desired: 3-5 years experience in a customer centric sales service environment
