Overview
Registered Nurse – OB/GYN travel assignment in Glendale, CA. Start date 08/17/2026 for an 8-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,738 per week to $2,827 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0 per week. Shift: 3x12 nights. Setting: hospital-level care environment. This is a Travel - Temporary Assignment position.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for obstetric patients or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, assess needs, administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document observations accurately.
- Develop and update care plans, coordinate care with obstetricians, nurses, anesthesia, lactation consultants, and other disciplines; use critical thinking and professional judgment in care delivery.
- Supervise and direct activities of licensed and unlicensed staff on the unit; advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care; participate in discharge planning when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure effective communication within the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) and current licensure
- BLS certification; obstetric/gynecology experience preferred
- 1 year of RN experience in obstetrics, labor and delivery, or inpatient obstetric care preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in a travel assignment
- Eligibility to meet health and background screening requirements for travel assignments
