Job Title: Business Services Specialist I

Location: Carmel, IN, 46032-Onsite

Duration: 6+ Months (possible extension)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr on W2

Hours: 10:30 AM - 7 PM

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process/sort/deliver incoming mail.
• Data Entry.
• Prepare titles and associated documents for scanning.
• Scan/Verify/ Associate titles to barcoded folders.
• File folders in a secured vault repository.
• Retrieve folders/documents from a secured vault repository.
• Print waybills and ship/ release outgoing titles.
• Operate mail processing equipment.
• Cleaning equipment. (i.e. scanners)
• Organize workspace.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must have strong organizational skills and be very detail-oriented.
• Ability to type and use 10-key preferred.
• Effective communication skills and a strong customer service attitude is required.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibits objectivity and openness to other team's views, gives and welcomes feedback, puts the team's success above their own interests, builds the teams morale, and contributes to meeting the team's goals and objectives.
• Must be adaptable and adjust to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; change approach and method to best fit the situation; and adapt to frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
• Must be able to monitor their own work to ensure quality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
• Must complete work promptly and be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Follows policies and procedures, completes administrative tasks entirely and on time, and supports the organization's goals and values.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach for and pull folders for long periods of time.
• Ability to perform routine and repetitive production work.
• Ability to lift to 35lbs, and push/pull up to1200lbs on lift jack.

Work Environment:

• Office environment
• Noise level can be loud at times.
• Variable shifts for Day and Evening
