At Suite Living Senior Care, our Housing Directors are set up to succeed. You won’t be doing this alone—you’ll partner closely with an Assistant Housing Director to help manage day‑to‑day operations, team support, and resident experience. What Makes This Role Different Multi‑site leadership experience – oversee two 32‑bed communities in the Roseville area. Built‑in leadership support – work alongside an Assistant Housing Director. Autonomy without isolation – lead your communities with support from both your assistant and regional leadership. Growth opportunity – expand your scope while developing leadership depth. Your Leadership Structure Oversight of two assisted living communities (32 beds each). Direct partnership with an Assistant Housing Director who supports daily operations and team execution. Collaboration with clinical and regional leadership for additional support. This structure allows you to focus on leadership, culture, and performance—not just task management. What You’ll Do Leadership & Culture Lead and develop teams across both communities. Partner with your Assistant Housing Director to support staff, improve retention, and maintain a strong culture. Set clear expectations and accountability across both sites. Operations & Performance Oversee daily operations with support from your Assistant. Ensure strong occupancy, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Delegate effectively while maintaining visibility across both communities. Resident & Family Experience Maintain a strong presence with residents and families. Support tours, move‑ins, and ongoing relationship building. Address concerns proactively with support from your leadership team. Compliance & Quality Ensure both communities meet all regulatory requirements. Maintain readiness for surveys and audits with team support. What We’re Looking For Active Assisted Living Director License (LALD) in good standing. Experience in senior living, healthcare, or multi‑site operations leadership. Strong leadership and delegation skills. Ability to develop team members and build leadership bench strength. Financial and operational acumen. Passion for senior care and team development.
