You will identify a need and sell accordingly to those needs, securing the financial future of families inside our communities.The organization has proven continuous growth and has proven to be a very lucrative industry throughout the years.2019: 42.7 million in production2020: 53.1 million in production2021: 77.3 million in production2022: 87.6 million in production2023: 104 million in production2024: 125 million in productionInsurance Sales Representative responsibilities are:• Following strategies to educate and sell insurance• Building sincere rapport with customers• Collecting details from clients in order to fully assist them• Being fully aware of the company's services and policies* Follow ALL legal and ethical procedures/practicesRepresentative requirements are:* Self Motivated*MUST be coachable and ready to learn* Computer savvy*Minimum of one year customer service skills*High school diploma or Bachelors degree in Finance/Business (recommended not required)
