TREATMENT PLAN COORDINATOR

Responsibilities The Treatment Plan Nurse- RN is responsible for the delivery of quality general and psychiatric nursing care to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with emotional or psychiatric disorders; serve actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, supporting the organization and program philosophy of care; to ensure the safety and well-being of each patient. Qualifications Education: Associate Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred. 1-3 years' experience required.
