Specialty Development Executive (Outside Sales) - Latin America

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks a remote-based specialty sales development executive to drive business growth across Latin America, focusing on oncology, genetics, and precision medicine diagnostics. The role combines territory expansion, strategic account management, and cross-functional collaboration with healthcare providers and health systems.

Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across oncology practices, pathology groups, and health systems in Latin America territory
Develop and execute territory growth strategies for genetics, women's health, oncology diagnostics, and precision medicine portfolio adoption
Establish relationships with physician leaders and healthcare executives; lead consultative sales on testing strategy optimization
Represent clinical and scientific evidence for genomic profiling, liquid biopsy, and molecular diagnostics to support customer decision-making
Coordinate with cross-functional teams; manage Salesforce CRM pipeline, forecasting, and account documentation; travel internationally 40%

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years medical outside sales experience
Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish
Valid passport, driver's license, and clean driving record
Proven quota attainment and new account acquisition track record
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years international sales experience in genetics, oncology, or rare disease
