Roofing Appointment Setter — Door-to-Door
We’re looking for a dependable, coachable Roofing Appointment Setter to connect with homeowners door-to-door and schedule appointments for our roofing team. This is a part-time role for someone who is comfortable approaching people, communicating clearly, and showing up consistently.
Responsibilities
- Visit neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about their roofing needs.
- Introduce our roofing services in a friendly, professional manner.
- Identify interested homeowners and schedule appointments for the roofing team.
- Record appointment details and follow the team’s process for reporting activity.
- Attend scheduled shifts and communicate reliably with the team.
- Take coaching and apply feedback to improve results.
Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, canvassing, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Able to commit to working scheduled shifts consistently, on a daily basis.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working door-to-door.
- Coachable, motivated, and able to communicate professionally with homeowners.
Schedule and Pay
- 30–35 hours per week.
- $18 per hour, plus commission.
