What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive hospitalist coverage in a 270-bed facility
• Admit patients strictly during the hospital's designated hours (6a-6p) and cross-cover during swing and night shifts (4p-4a, 6p-6a)
• Manage patient care for a diverse age group, averaging 20-30 patients per day
• Collaborate with ICU intensivists for admissions to the closed ICU
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Support hospital procedures related to inpatient care and patient safety
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards

What You Need:

• Current Arizona medical license or IMLC LOQ
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine (BE/BC)
• ACLS certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient hospitalist experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
