Overview

Sign-On Bonus of Up to $10,000 Available!

Our organization operates a 161-bed facility located in Conyers, dedicated to serving Rockdale County and its neighboring regions. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality healthcare services through a team of esteemed physicians, surgeons, and specialists.

Established in 1954, our hospital joined the larger healthcare network on October 1, 2017, enhancing the range of quality healthcare services available to our community. Please note that not all data metrics may be included in this report due to varying system integrations.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Conducting patient assessments and executing general respiratory care procedures and protocols.
Performing critical care procedures in adult care settings.
Carrying out blood gas analysis.
Managing and maintaining all relevant equipment.
Providing patient education on respiratory care.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Required:

Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.

Minimum Experience Required:

No prior experience necessary.

Minimum Licensure/Certification Required by Law:

Must be credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
Must hold a license from the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners.

Additional Qualifications:

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Active practice and maintenance of all required competencies.
Preferred: One (1) year of experience in professional respiratory duties.
