*Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS*

**Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced

Patient Ratios: MS 1:5 days,1:6 noc. IMC 1:4, ICU 1:2, Peds 1:3-4

- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Elderly population in surrounding area. Cardiac: CHF exacerbation, Afib RVR, bradycardia, syncope. Pulmonary: pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, respiratory failure post op. Neuro: Falls, TIA, Storke, Detox. Skin: cellulitis, paraplegic with decubitous ulcers. GI: GI bleed, SBO, lysis of adhesion, Pancreatitis, Cholecystitis, intestinal resections, perforated appy, diarrhea. GU: UTI, hematuria, TURP, hydronephrosis, kidney stones, AKI, ileal conduit, nephrostomy tubes. Ortho: hip fracture, humerous fracture, shoulder, knee or hip surgery. Sepsis. Outpatient: transfusions or long term antibiotic infustions.

Pediatric: stable patients - respiratory illness for IV meds, postop appy, dehydration with IV hydration.

- Experience or 'Must have' skills: ICU experience with Pediatric experience is our preference

- Are RN's required to titrate drips: Yes
