New Standard Enterprises LLC is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Site Supervisor to join our growing team.
We specialize in quality commercial millwork, finish carpentry, and interior construction. We're looking for a skilled, hands-on professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, knows how to lead a crew, and can keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise carpenters and installation crews on commercial job sites.
- Oversee commercial millwork installation, finish carpentry, and interior build-outs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction specifications.
- Coordinate job-site activities, materials, deliveries, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project schedules, workmanship, and productivity.
- Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.
- Resolve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience in commercial carpentry, finish carpentry, or architectural millwork.
- Previous experience leading a crew or supervising construction sites.
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA training is a plus.
