What You’ll Be Responsible For Owning portions of the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Maintaining accuracy of general ledger activity and supporting schedules Assisting with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and variance resolution Supporting compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal control requirements Preparing documentation and responding to audit‑related inquiries Reviewing SG&A activity to ensure proper classification and accounting treatment Contributing to process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work Providing backup support to other members of the accounting team as needed What the Company Is Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate or multi‑entity environment Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred Strong Excel skills and general comfort working with financial data CPA or progress toward certification is a plus, but not required How You’ll Be Successful in This Role You’re detail‑oriented but don’t lose sight of deadlines You’re comfortable working independently and asking questions when needed You communicate clearly with both accounting and non‑accounting partners You take ownership of your work and follow through on open items You’re open to learning new systems and improving existing processes Hybrid work model with flexibility around in‑office and remote days Collaborative accounting team with shared responsibility during close Standard business hours with predictable close‑related peaks Culture that supports work‑life balance while maintaining high standards Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Direct message the job poster from OneSearch Partners For immediate and confidential consideration of this opportunity, please email your resume to Tania Rupp directly at View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr OneSearch Partners
