Shift Supervisor (Full and Part Time)

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring for full and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Ascension Saint Thomas - Midtown in Nashville, TN. Candidates must have prior supervisor experience and be available for varying schedules, including rotating weekends. The pay range for this position is between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour. Job Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential duties and responsibilities include providing training and creating work schedules, evaluating the performance of workers, preparing production or sales reports for management, acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off, and performing other duties as assigned.
