What You’ll Do as Our Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct patient therapy to kids with autism, developmental disabilities, and delays Evaluate each patient's needs and establish a treatment plan Lead tailored therapy sessions to address areas like feeding, language, and speech Implement the care plan while prioritizing each child's growth and well‑being What We Need From You Master's degree in communication disorders or speech‑language pathology Current professional license from the WA State Department of Health (or in the process of obtaining one) Understanding of child development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children Ability to get on the floor and play with the kids Cheerful, outgoing, and bubbly personality Social and creative mindset Self‑motivation to do an amazing job and make a lasting difference for the kids 2+ years of related work experience and fluency in Spanish would be preferred but aren't required.
