General Manager

CRISP & GREEN is seeking a super talented General Manager to add to our team! CRISP & GREEN is where individuals go to experience healthy and delicious food. You are the face of our brand and the glue that keeps our team whole. Position Overview: As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the #CRISPCrew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our General Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there. General Manager Duties and Responsibilities: * In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant * Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow * Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders * Recognize and reward excellent performance * Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation * Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards * Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail * Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner * Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more * Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule * Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs * Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out Job Requirements: * Minimum * 3 years previous management/supervisory experience * 5 years customer service experience * Passion for living a healthy life * Able to lift 50lbs * Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment * Full-time availability with a flexible schedule * Able to work at least 50 hours per week * Preferred * Management experience in the restaurant industry * Reliable transportation * Strong organizational skills * Attention to detail * Drive to grow and advance career with CRISP & GREEN C&G Benefits * Competitive wages * Opportunity to grow and advance career * Employee meals discounts * Weekly team yoga/meditation * Access to fitness classes in all restaurants This job opportunity is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
