Executive Vice President Overview

• The Executive Vice President role offers a unique opportunity to lead regional operations in commercial insurance, driving profitability and growth across multiple branches.
• Oversee a substantial book of business, including property and casualty, financial lines, and accident and health premiums.
• Collaborate with branch managers to ensure efficient workflows, resource allocation, and application of advanced technologies.
• Develop tailored strategies aligned with market conditions and agency needs to drive business results.
• Serve as the primary contact for larger commercial insurance clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Lead marketing and underwriting strategy execution to achieve new and renewal underwriting results.

• Administer regional expenses effectively, partnering with branch managers and home office teams.

Executive Vice President Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Proven enterprise-level P&L ownership for a substantial book of business.
• Expertise in commercial insurance products, underwriting standards, and audit compliance.
