Test Technician

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking an Engineering - Non Degreed I to join their team. As an Engineering - Non Degreed I, you will be part of the Production Support team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Engineering - Non Degreed I Location Irving, TX Pay Range $21/hr What's the Job? Perform detailed assembly and testing of electronic components and finished devices in a controlled manufacturing environment Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and complex test procedures Utilize automated test equipment to ensure product quality and functionality Maintain accurate records for Device History Records and quality documentation Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and achieve quality and profitability goals What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalency required; AAS preferred Minimum of 2 years experience with electromechanical assemblies or electronic manufacturing preferred Experience with electronic assembly and testing in a medical device environment is a plus Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA controlled environments is advantageous Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively What's in it for me?
