Commercial HVAC Sales | Inside/Outside HVAC Sales Executive Department: Service Employment Type: Full Time Location: Manchester, CT Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 / year Description As a Commercial HVAC Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is developing new commercial business while growing recurring preventative maintenance revenue. You’ll work directly with facility managers, property managers, building owners, contractors, and decision-makers to provide customized maintenance solutions that improve equipment performance and reduce long-term operating costs. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship building Generate new preventative maintenance agreement opportunities Meet with customers to evaluate HVAC equipment and service needs Prepare estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC preventative maintenance agreements Develop quotes for commercial HVAC repair and service projects Build long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, engineers, and business owners Identify opportunities for additional repair, retrofit, and capital improvement projects Present proposals and negotiate service agreements Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet customers and prospects Qualifications 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred Commercial HVAC, mechanical, construction, industrial, or facilities services sales experience strongly preferred Experience selling preventative maintenance agreements or service contracts is a plus Proven ability to generate new business and close sales Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with operations and service teams Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory Knowledge of Procore Construction, BuildOps, Sage Intact preferred Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, schematics, emails, project proposals, etc. Ability to provide top notice customer service over the phone, in person and digitally. Ability to organize work and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to take in person meetings with potential and current clients and vendors. A good working and team attitude. The ability to be flexible with tasks. Good organizational skills, able to meet multiple deadlines and requests at one time. Flexibility in working location.
