Pack's Tavern is looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join one of the busiest bars in downtown Asheville. Top performers regularly earn over $1000/week in tips.

If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in great service, this is a chance to make strong money while being part of a tight, team-oriented operation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide friendly, attentive service at the bar
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Follow all ABC laws and company policies
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Manage and distribute to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely handoff to guests
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management

Training Expectations:

• Training will include time on the floor to learn our menu and service standards
• Ability to support both bar and restaurant operations when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred (strong serving experience considered)
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay composed in a high-volume environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
