Personal Injury Attorney

A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team. What You’ll Do:

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation
• Collaborate with a team that prioritizes strong advocacy and client outcomes

What They’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Strong litigation background with hands-on case management experience
• Deposition and motion practice experience required; trial experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
