Nurse Educator: Critical Care Education Leader

CaroMont Health seeks a Nurse Educator for IMCU, MSICU, High Acuity Float Pool and 3 Central on the CRMC Belmont Campus to lead nursing education and staff development across critical care units. The RN educator will design orientation and competency programs, integrate evidence-based practice, and collaborate with nursing colleges, ensuring ongoing staff development and excellent patient care. 40-hour week, on-site role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
