Chronic Illness Nutrition Educator (Diabetes Care)

Kintegra Health in Gastonia, NC seeks a Chronic Illness Nutrition Educator to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for adults with diabetes and other chronic illnesses and to lead group diabetes education classes across sites. You will collaborate with the health care team to improve patient outcomes and promote wellness, with travel to Kintegra sites and community events required.
Qualifications include a BS or higher in nutrition, RD and CDE certification, BLS, and at least 3 years of outpatient
