Building Manager Position
Help The major duties of the Building Manager position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for the planning, management, coordination, and direction of the operation and maintenance of several ATF owned assets and other GSA managed buildings.
- Serves as the senior technical advisor in facilities, operations, and management by providing advice and assistance to management and program officials regarding policies, regulations, space arrangements, emergency repair maintenance, general maintenance, and general facilities and buildings operations.
- Develops work procedures and establishes service requirements and checkpoints for evaluating the operation of total systems including the utilization of a wide variety of inspection techniques and inspection and measuring devices, including, but not limited to moisture detectors, dial indicators and micrometers.
