Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will provide critical care for patients, manage complex healthcare needs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and manage patient vitals and medications.
• Document patient progress using the Cerner documentation system.
• Conduct assessments and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Perform advanced procedures as needed, including Cardioversion and Central Line insertions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ICU experience is required.
• Experience with titration of vesicant medications, pressors, sedation, and paralytics.
• Familiarity with ventilators, tracheostomy care, and telemetry interpretation.
• Understanding of hemodynamics and PA catheter setup.
• Advanced skills with IABP, Impella, and CRRT are appreciated but not required.
