People Operations Leader — Scale HRIS & Experience (Hybrid)

GoEngineer is seeking an experienced HR Manager (People Operations) to lead day-to-day people operations, strengthen employee relations, and drive growth. Based in Salt Lake City with a hybrid schedule, you will lead the People Services team and partner with leaders across U.S. and Canada to scale processes, systems, and programs.
