Sales Director

Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the market Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, business partners, and referral sources Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales and growth Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize results Develop and manage sales forecasts, sales reports, and other sales-related metrics Conduct sales training and coaching to ensure sales team effectiveness Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure continuous improvement Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of sales experience, with a track record of success in a similar role Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: [Insert benefits information if provided] #J-18808-Ljbffr
