HR Generalist: Employee Relations, Onboarding & Policy
Jobtailor
Jobtailor is seeking an HR Generalist to administer onboarding, benefits, career engagement, and employee relations in a fast-paced environment. You will cross-train across HR functions, manage ER case load, investigate complaints, provide expert guidance to management on compliance and resolution, and develop policies to improve employee experience and efficiency.
