Director, HRIS & Operations — Data-Driven HR Strategy

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Director, HRIS and HR Operations to lead HR initiatives and ensure efficient operations within the HR function. This strategic role will focus on aligning HR processes with business needs and leveraging technology for operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or Information Systems Technology, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS, including leadership experience.
