Your Role

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design individualized therapy approaches to help them meet their functional aspirations

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow therapists, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families about therapeutic techniques that encourage ongoing progress in their everyday lives
• Track and Adjust Progress: Maintain documentation of clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as needed to keep patients on track

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Commitment to ongoing education and advanced certifications is encouraged and supported

Licensure

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
