Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs to create personalized therapy strategies to help patients achieve their recovery goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven practices to enhance motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday living tasks.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care to every patient.
• Educate Patients and Families: Share vital therapy techniques with patients and caregivers for sustained success at home.
• Track Progress and Adapt Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify therapy as needed to keep patients progressing on their path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education or postgraduate certifications encouraged and sponsored

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
