Craft tailored treatment approaches: Recognize patient needs and formulate individualized therapy plans designed to meet their functional aspirations

Implement therapeutic techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities

Collaborate with diverse teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide holistic and coordinated care

Guide patients and caregivers: Share knowledge with patients and their families on therapy techniques to ensure continued progress beyond therapy sessions

Track and adjust treatment plans: Monitor clinical progress and fine-tune strategies as necessary, ensuring goals are met effectively

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continuing education and advanced certifications highly encouraged and supported

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
