Join us!The RoleResponsible for efficiently delivering food, beverage, and other products to our six vessels and Pier side café while maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment. You will be loading product for both sightseeing cruises and private events.Essential FunctionsFollow assignments from the Warehouse Leadership for picking and delivering food, beverages, and other products to stock concessions areas in a timely manner.Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory using our digital inventory system.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.Perform general housekeeping and cleaning around concessions areas.Identify and address deficiencies in inventory or supplies.Assist with moving equipment and furniture as required for special events.Ability to deliver items to all levels of vessels.Support onboard operations during special events as needed.Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies, procedures, and training.QualificationsAll applicants must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent.Ability to promote and work effectively in a team environment.Ability to work onboard of a moving vessel for extended periods of time.Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and relay written and verbal instructions.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisorsThis role requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and navigating stairs and ramps, loading and unloading product up to 50 pounds, pushing heavy carts with or without accommodation.Ability to work in an environment that may include exposure to loud noise, crowded spaces, and variable temperatures.Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
