Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA | JGS – Leavitt Family Jewish Home ~$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time, 11PM - 7AM shifts~ $18.00 - $21.00/hour, based on experience Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available! Delivering Solutions that Matter: Provide compassionate assistance with residents' activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals, while maintaining privacy, dignity, and independence. Obtain and document vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant observations; promptly communicate changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to the nursing team. Assist residents with safe transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and use of mobility equipment in accordance with care plans and facility guidelines to reduce the risk of falls and pressure injuries. Encourage residents to participate in recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that promote engagement, independence, and overall quality of life. Maintain a clean, comfortable, and secure environment by following infection prevention and safety procedures, responding promptly to call lights, and addressing residents' needs throughout the shift. Qualifications for Success: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the MA state registry.
