Responsibilities As the Assistant Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrator in the administration, direction, and coordination of all activities within our nursing center. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies. You will actively contribute to patient satisfaction, addressing concerns and complaints from residents, families, staff, and external agencies. Job Requirements At least 2 years of Long-Term Healthcare management experience. Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Georgia or eligible to sit for the test.
