Marketing Assistant

Charles Ross & Son Company in Hauppauge, New York , a leader in industrial mixing and blending equipment, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will support our marketing and communications efforts across print, digital, and social media channels. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities Monitor print publications to ensure correct ad placements. Track invoices, billing, and insertion orders for advertising. Research and draft press releases, case studies, and marketing content. Create and schedule posts for social media platforms. Assist with design projects: Print ads, spec sheets, brochures – Photoshop, InDesign, Canva. Video editing and production – Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, camera and lighting equipment. Support the marketing team with general administrative and project coordination tasks. Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Why Join Us?
