This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and upholding food safety standards. The supervisor will lead a small team and foster a positive, accountable work environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively support and communicate with the workforce. Job Duties Supervise daily production to meet safety, quality, and output goals. Lead, coach, and support a team of 8–10 production employees. Monitor production performance and maintain accurate records. Enforce food safety, GMP, and safety procedures. Communicate with leadership and support continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing experience; food production preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
